Creating Training Statuses

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab > Setup and Policy > Setup.
  2. In the Training Management section, click Training Status.
    Result: The Training Statuses list window is displayed.
  3. Click Action > Add.
    Result: The Training Status entry window is displayed.
  4. Enter the name of the new status.
  5. Click the drop down button and select the primary status, the status that the new status will be based on.

NOTE: Primary statuses are internally coded and cannot be edited.

  1. Click the Save button.
    Result: The new training status has been added and the Training Statuses list window is displayed.
